1. USE OF THE APPLICATION
The Application is provided by Southeast Educators (“SE”). All licenses including but not limited to donations, points allocation and in-game services are provided by SE. Lootwinner Limited (“Wild Ruby”) is responsible for the software, technology, games and platform. SE will be required to know your personal information and share it with our associated companies, including Wild Ruby, in order to enable proper use of the SE services.
2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
2.1 Personal Information Collected on Account Creation. In order to make use of the services you must create an account with us. To create an account with us you must provide us with your Email address, a user name, your full name and acknowledgement that you are at least twenty one (21). Our account creation process involves two factor authentication, as part of this we require users to provide a valid phone number.
2.2 Non-Personal Information Collected Automatically. The Application and SE services automatically collects the following categories of non-personal information (collectively “Non-Personal Information”) when you visit the Application or use SE Services (i) IP address; (ii) browser type; (iii) device type and operating system on which the user has accessed or used the Application; (iv) wifi location services data associated with the device you have used to access or use the Application; (v) information relating to the user’s usage of the Application and mobile, social, or casual games in the application (such as games played, playing time, sessions data, and related activity data); and (vi) originating domain name and website. The Application and services automatic collection of the foregoing categories of Non-Personal Information helps SE to enhance and upgrade our products and services and to tailor our products and services to better serve our customers.
2.4 Browser autofill function is not controlled by SE. Should you choose to use the autofill function on your web browser to store Donation and other personal data and enable more convenient donations, you must view that browser’s relevant policies. Data stored in this way is not controlled or stored by SE. SE makes no warrants or statements that this is a suitable or secure way to store your data.
2.5 If you choose to contact us or our affiliated companies and choose to provide personal information we will retain that personal information and use it in order to enable your use of the service. You may grant us written permission to use images of you and your likeness. If you grant us this permission, you authorise us, our agents and affiliated companies to use these images for marketing purposes on social media.
3. WHAT DO WE DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION?
3.1 Personal Information. The application and supporting SE services use the provided information in order to create your account and associate data (including complimentary points balance and complimentary bingo strips) with a particular user. We will share your personal information including your email, username, and acknowledgement that you are over 19 years of age with Wild Ruby and its associated companies and partners for marketing purposes in addition to using the information for; in game offers, promotions, and to enable use of the services provided.
3.2 Non-Personal Information. We use Non-Personal Information for internal analytic purposes to enhance and upgrade our products and services and to tailor our products and services to better serve our customers. Additionally, we use certain categories of Non-Personal Information (such as wifi location services data) to determine your geographic location at the time you access the Application, the SE platform, and/or any mobile, social, or casual games offered by SE. In carrying out such internal analytic purposes, we may disclose Non-Personal Information to third party vendors who will provide services to SE.
4. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
4.1 SE upholds strict confidentiality regarding all relations with an Account Holder. Data will be disclosed if required by the governing authority, a judge or another public authority. Data can be disclosed to a third party for investigation purposes if the Account Holder violates SE Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Once the Account is created, the Account Holder is assigned an account ID for internal office use. The Account Holder chooses a password and it is the Account Holder's own responsibility not to share this information. If the Account Holder has reason to believe that others have become party to this information, the Account Holder should immediately contact SE and a new password will be issued.
4.3 Card donations may, from time to time, be partially and/or fully declined, subject to certain security systems managed in collaboration with a Donation Solution Provider and/or a Financial Institution. Such security measures may decline legitimate Cards, which nevertheless, at a particular time, are not possible to process. SE personnel do not control the said systems; however, they will offer assistance as necessary and suggest alternative options.
4.4 Certain documents verifying the identity of the Account Holder may be required before expediting donations, along with the authorization to use a specific card. These procedures may cause slight delays.
4.5 The account holder’s personal data is, at all times:
4.5.1 Processed in accordance with the rights of the Account Holder concerned;
4.5.2 Processed fairly and lawfully;
4.5.3 Obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose;
4.5.4 Adequate, relevant and not excessive to its purpose;
4.5.5 Accurate and updated;
4.5.6 Kept in a secure manner;
4.6 SE discloses personal data when required to do so by order of the Governing Authorities and/or under legal provision contained in the Governing Law. For fraud detection and control purposes, the Account Holder agrees that SE has the right to transfer his/her personal data to third parties, including so-called Address verification Services (AVS) service providers and other partners. Furthermore, SE reserves the right to disclose personal data to relevant recipients when SE has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities that involve an SE account.
4.7 SE reserves the right to process personal data for Customer Relationship Management purposes.
4.8 SE will share all customer account information with Wild Ruby and its associated companies and partners in order to make use of the site or for marketing purposes, in game offers and promotions.
4.9 The Account Holder has the right to require access to his own personal data and/or has the right to correct and/or erase wrong and/or inappropriate data. Queries regarding data privacy answered via the ‘Contact us’ section on the website.
4.10 Except for the situations noted above, e-mail addresses and other private information collected by SE will not be shared, rented or sold to any third party.
Your Application uses a web browser for games that offers "cookies" which, if you allow their use, store small amounts of data on your computer when you visit a web site. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information about you and therefore cannot be used to identify you personally. Cookies assist us in tracking which of our features you like best, and also enable us to customize our content according to your preferences. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying your browser and the Application and services are available even if you disable the cookie function on your browser. However, if you disable cookies, some advanced and customized features or offerings on our Application or games will not be available to you. In addition to collecting cookies, SE may distribute, sell, and/or transfer such cookies to third parties with whom SE has a commercial relationship. If you do not wish your cookies to be used in this manner, you can modify your browser to disable the collection of cookies.
6. HOW DO WE USE WEB BEACONS, WEB ANALYTICS, AND OTHER BEHAVIORAL MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES?
A number of technologies exist to assess consumer behavior both on-line and off-line. We may employ some of these technologies, including web beacons (see below), mobile analytics techniques, and other behavior marketing technologies, to assess consumer behavior and to understand how we can better serve our customers. Some of these technologies are provided to us via third party vendors. In the course of using these technologies, we automatically collect non-personal information from you, including but not limited to the following types of information: Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login, e-mail address; computer and connection information such as browser type and related browser data; content viewed; and purchase history, which may be aggregated with other information for analytic purposes. Some of our Application, web pages, promotional e-mail messages, and/or newsletters may contain electronic images known as web beacons, which are also called single-pixel gifs. Web beacons are not used to access your personally identifiable information, but they are a technique we use to compile aggregated statistics about the usage of our web sites and to track the number of users who have opened and acted upon our promotional e-mail messages. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
All users of our service represent that they are at least twenty one (21) years of age. We do not intentionally collect any information from children under the age of twenty one (21). If we are informed that we have accidentally collected personal information from a person under twenty one (21) years of age we will take all reasonable steps to remove that information from our databases.
8. THIRD PARTIES AND LINKS
In the event that you provide personal information to any third party via our application or any offer made available to you by SE, you understand that we are not responsible for such third parties’ use or misuse of your personal information. You should review the privacy and information sharing practices of such third parties. We may offer links to third party sites so that you can conveniently visit our vendors or locate other content likely to be of interest. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of sites operated by third parties and urge you to inquire about them before providing any personally identifiable information.
